My family and I have lived here for just under a year. So far things aren't bad... I've had a few maintenance issues that I've had to resolve myself, but nothing huge. My neighbors are great, thanks God I picked this one!! The BIGGEST downfall about this place, is the brat kids that come over from Greenbriar Estates... the literal "Trailer Park Trash". The kids do hang out in the streets a lot, but they have no where else to go, they just need to move for incoming vehicles. I had my tire slashed which cost me $100 to get a new one, and something thrown at the side of my house... nothing that can't be washed off though! The office staff is great, Libby is awesome, she get's what you need right away and usually has things taken care of ASAP! It's better than renting high priced apartments... I live in a 3 Bedroom, and it's spacious enough for now, but the family is growing :-) I have signed another year's lease, only for the fact that I don't feel like moving my stuff after another one year lease. No bad, the price of the manufactured home COULD come down a little bit, I know this home isn't worth $50,000 being 2 years old. Other than that, not a bad place
