Libby seemed great to us too... until the details of the contract came about... she lied to us, wrote whatever she wanted on the contract, and consequently doesnt work there. she promised us things would be taken care of, but they never were, the brats from green briar got to us, between that and the office not giving a crap after we were there, and raising rent constantly without notice, they almost didnt honor their own contract as they were getting money out of us plus their new owners, and refused to end our lease at first! too far from the highway, homes arent worth it! things that were promised to be fixed before we moved in, were never fixed then added on as "damages" to our bill... RIP OFF!!! RUN LIKE HELL WHILE YOU CAN!!!
