First off when we moved in everything seemed fine. We did notice some things missing like the screens in the window and such. Also when we got our mail box the people who rented our place before us had a bill in there. There was about $600.00 in damages and I do remember they charged them for the screens that were missing when we moved in. They charged us $25.00 extra a month for the small shed. All the homes have a shed. We were never told this when we signed the lease. Also, they are supposed to do a background check on all members. Guess what' The guy next door was a registered sex offender. I had a 2 year old daughter that I didn't even want playing in the yard. If your grass gets 1 inch too tall they are at your door with a note telling you to cut it or they will have someone do it and you would have to pay for it. It was $35.00 for a cut and not sure how much to remove any weeds. That costs extra. I remember once we had a ton of rain and no one could get in the yards to cut the growing grass. That day I think just about everyone got a notice. We did keep our lawn cut. They came in to inspect our place and of course it was spotless and they even told us how nice and clean it was. This was 1 days before we moved. After we moved out we got a huge bill for over $700.00 in damage! We have NO pets either. We were even billed for things missing when we moved in and we told them that before we moved. If you live here and eventually move then expect a huge bill for damages. They really like to rip people off even after most people pay $800.00 plus per month in rent. I guess that just isn't enough so they have to get greedy and take more. So now they put the $700.00 on our credit report...just ridiculous! Plus we are easy going people and are not the type to complain but in this case we feel the need to warn others. Stay far away!

like i said in my other review, i agree, they told us that damaged walls would be replaced but never were, and charged us outrageously for damages, even the ones we fixed ourselves... they are full of crap and trying to rip everyone off... they constantly were raising rent, not taking care of issues we addressed, and moved shortly after filing a police report from kids running wild and neighbors giving them eggs to vandalize our vehicles... they need an investagation on that place, they were still trying to charge us rent when they had new people living there! outrageous, someone needs to call the law on that place
