My husband and I have lived here since 1999 and while the majority of the maintenance calls have been okay, we recently had an experience that left us with a very negative feeling about the complex. Basically, they are trying to charge us for fixing something in our bathroom that is damaged due to a leak; something obviously out of our control. Also, the last time they came and supposedly "fixed" the leak, (which, by the way, still leaks), they left our bathroom filthy, even leaving garbage in the tub. It was terrible. We spent over an hour cleaning up after them. We definitely do not recommend that anyone move there.
