This apartment complex appears very nice when you first visit. The grounds seem well-kept and the area by the rental office appears to be nice.
The apartment staff will lie to you, so don't trust anything they say. They will give you the answer you want to hear to rent you the apartment. They are mostly young people with no other choice but to take this job in order to get a discount on their rent.
This is not a quiet area - in fact it has more noise than any other place I've ever lived, including my college dorms.
Many of the people that live are the low-lifes in the area that all migrate to this one apartment complex because it is cheap and they can do whatever they want because the apartment staff does not regulate anything. I have no doubt that at least 50% of the people living in my building alone have criminal records.
Within the first month of my living here, the local common pleas court issued a ruling regarding a drug dealer who was arrested hanging out in one of the parking lots here. I have also received letters from law enforcement officers asking for witnesses to an event the involved a weapon and a broken car window.
This place is a haven for trash. I wish I had found this website before I moved in so that I would have known but I was duped. But believe me, I will not be here for much longer. Do not give these morons your money - DO NOT LIVE HERE!
