I lived in eastgate woods for 6 months and had my apartment flood 4 times, not to mention the only thing they did was put a fan in to dry it! they paint right over the mold that grows within the apartment and they never fix a single thing. the attitude i got from staff and service there was absolutely uncalled for, they treated me a if i were a common criminal. after i had the local fire department file 4 different reports about the flooding they called the health department and it resulted in a mold violation... go figure. i also had a 52" big screen, playstation3, and tv stand totally destroyed and nothing was done to compensate. not too long after all my complaining, my apartment was robbed, and there was no sign of break in, coincidence''' not to mention, on several occasions i had to park in the next buildings lot over half of the time and it was over 65ft. away. overall my stay was atrocious and i recommend no one, absolutely no one rent from these disgusting slum lords. the only thing your going to get out of living here is the headache of filing a class action.

I have lived here for 2 years and also discussed with the place. I wanted to rent the Club House that they advertise..."I'm sorry we do not rent out the club house any longer because of a party a while back that cost us more than the deposit" They have NO place for the several children to play other than in the parking lot... instead they add MORE trees! Why not a playground? With my lease about up, I wish I had the money to move!

Your biggest complaint is that there isn't a playground? I wish that was my biggest problem.
