I Lived There, and WOULD NEVER AGAIN

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT RENT HERE.
We had major mold issues, and the office staff would do nothing.
They are a bunch of liars.
A fight broke out outside our appt, and they were fighting on top of my brand new car hood... and did over $1000.00 in damage... then they shot the guy right next to my car (Right outside my 1 year olds window)... I got stuck with this bill.
Then the drunk next door hit my other car while pulling in drunk.
Please... listen to someone who lived there for over 1 and a half years...
Don't live there.... please.
I told them that the reason that my family and I moved out was because they broke the lease by not cleaning up the mold... And they still send me bills saying I owe them over $3000.00.

Eastgate woods is the biggest --------. The maintanence doesn't repair things properly, and they charge you $50 extra a month to have a little cat. (even if it's declawed) They are indeed a bunch of liars and I would love to see this facility go out of business. My first night their, 3 police cars and an ambulance came flying into the parking lot. Policy's are not sticktly enforced, unless it means bringing money to them (such as a pet)
