I have read all of the reviews for this community, and it is very obvious that these are very rare circumstances. I have lived in this community for five years, and have never had any kind of problems ever. If you want to have a clean and healthy home, then that has to start with how you take care of your home. The office and maintenance staff have always been very helpful, caring and very efficient in getting any issues resolved. Residents need to remember that all of the people that work there are only human and can make mistakes just like the rest of us. Take a second and consider what it would be like if someone came into your place of work and treated you the same way you are treating them on this site. I for one try to remember that they are just like the rest of us and are just doing their jobs.
I personally take offense to the things that are being said about the place that I call home. This is a very beautiful place that is well maintained. Take a look around and you will not find another place around here that is as inexpensive as here, for the great size and beautiful view that you have.
No one ever wants to get on here and talk about the great things that Eastgate Woods has to offer. One thing is the great sized pool that always has a life guard on duty. They also have great parties for the residents. They have a pool party in the summer and they give out great prizes. They also have a Halloween party for the kids which is always great. These people even care about our kids, how many places can say that?!!!!
Before you take the opinion of some of these people on here, stop out and see what a beautiful place this really is. If you by chance stop in their office I bet you will be greated by a smiling face that is more than happy to help you.

Sukie71, care to inform your readers which member of the Management team you are related to? or perhaps your the manager trying to save face? better yet, how much did the pay you to write kind comments?
Readers beware!!!! Check with the local police department, in regards to the crime level at Eastgate Woods. Visually, it's very aesthetic. Most of the peeps residing there are the antithesis of those described previously. Be safe, be smart and avoid Eastgate Woods.

I was unfortunate to live there for 7 years because I was young and had to move in quick for certain circumstances. The a/c never worked correctly, I had 5 different ones. The dish washer never worked correctly. The carpet look like it was from 1985 when I moved in. My car was broken into twice (by having the window busted out) along with other vehicles in the neighborhood. The cops were busting somebody all of the time. I constantly heard people fighting or partying and stray cats surrounded the whole area. When I moved I hadn't signed a new lease and gave a 30 day notice and they are tring to get me for $500.00 and I paid my rent on time every month for 7 years. I had a painted toilet seat to match the bathroom and they are trying to charge me $80.00 for a new toilet seat. That whole place isn't even worth $80.00. My husband and I are expecting our first child in April and i just thank the lord everyday and I don't have to raise him the the ghetto of Eastgate Woods where people get shot and deal drugs. Renters beware.
