Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
 
I was a resident there for 2 years.
Cons for living there:

*Parking lot does get full at night and can't find parking cause people are always inviting mass people over

*Noise. Cars rubbing up their engines, peeling out, neighbors turning up loud music or tv either super early in the morning, or ater 11 at night during the week bc of parties. AND sometimes Domestic Violence fights.

*Washer/Driers always seem to be occupied.
