WE love it here. Of course my rent sucks we pay 445.00 a month. we live on the third floor, and it's very quiet here but traffic is loud and that's the only complaint on noise I have. I have only heard people yelling twice and it was a few months back when it was still cold and we had just moved in like a month before then. It was a young girl and a guy aruging but it didn't last very long.
we don't get bothered by anyone.
The only other complains I do have is about Parking. Yes at night it tends to fill up and it's hard to find a space but I'm a third shift worker so it really isn't a problem unless I'm off for a night and I can generaly find a space either way and Sundays everyone is home so sometimes that sucks but I usually get a good spot.
There is a couple of things that need a fixing here and there. Like my Mail box the door came off of it. Instead of welding the piece back on they changed the lock. It didn't last so it's still broken but I need to get on about that. Other than that it's a nice place to live and it's very close to work and the way gas prices are it really saves us a buttload of money!!
However I do hate all the white walls lol. They are so boreing I wish I could color them but I guess I must deal with it :).
Other than that, I hate where the washers and dryers are. There is 4 Washers and 4 dryers to a building. We have to walk next door to do laundry if I had did the building I'd have them in every corrador that away no one has to walk but a floor or two down. Sometimes they are occupied a lot but I like to do mine late in the evening if I'm off work even though it says can't do after 10pm till 10 am I belive. Because then you're the only one in there. AND THE KEY WHAT DO YOU NEED A LAUNDRY KEY FOR'' the door is always open.

You're allowed to paint the walls whatever colors you want, but you have to paint them back to the original color before you move out.
