We moved in last June, lured in with "$335 a month for one bedroom!" Which, of course, is not the case. $335 is for the smallest one-bedroom apartments, which are not good at all. Most of the staff acts unprofessional, and I would probably fire the guys that "take care" of the landscaping if I owned the property. If there is a problem, or they need to contact you, they don't call or try to knock on your door, they discreetly leave a note on your door handle. The first month we paid with a money order and they "misplaced it" and tried to evict us, with 3 days to get out. That ordeal was a nightmare, with them practically calling us liars, and no apology when the home office in Michigan found the money order in the pile of checks. Currently, there are potholes large enough to damage any vehicle that may accidentally run into one. Sidewalks very rarely had anything on them to help prevent people from slipping in the winter. They tell you that if you have a pet, it must be 25lbs or smaller, they must be on a leash and can only be walked in certain areas. One neighbor has a full-grown golden retriever and another has a saint bernard, and pretty much all of the pet owners walk their dog wherever, while we received a pet violation notice because our dog wasn't leashed as we were taking him to our car. With our pet, we pay $490/month, and our rent will be increasing to $540 in June. We will not be sticking around. The staff is too unprofessional and somewhat deceiving. The residents are too hypocritical. I would rather pay more money that I don't have to live somewhere else than to stay here. I can't wait to leave!

No doubt..I seen I don't know how many dogs that were over 25lbs. the people that lived across from us had a Boxer dog..and they say 1 pet..I seen a person with two dogs..
