I've been a renter for 25 years and have never been so disappointed with a landlord before.
They kept complaining about high water bills as an excuse to send maintenance in apts. to check for drips.
It was a good deal when I first moved in but every year they increased rent to get it up to "market prices."
Eventually I moved out and then was hit with a big bill for what I would consider normal wear and tear. They nickled and dimed me for every little thing that wasn't perfect.

we are retired can not afford someplace like this that keeps increasing rent yearly and don't like the idea they come in and snoop
