Lake Pointe is a very nice and clean community.
The only problem I have is the apartments are very thin walled and you hear everything and I mean everything from your neighbors.
You feel like you have everyone in your unit living in your apartment.
If anyone ever moves in here I would recommend the top floors.
I have had small people and large people overhead of me and it doesn't matter, it still sounds like your ceilings are falling in.
Another issue is the bathroom I don't like brushing my teeth and literally hearing someone releive themself upstairs.
Electric is cheap.
Excellent appliances.
Great management, just real thin walls.
Other than that I would highly recommend Lake Pointe.
