My husband and I have lived at Lake Pointe for a year and LOVE it.
The only reason we are leaving is because we are relocating for his job.
The rent is super cheap for everything you get in the apartment.
We were so spoiled here...any problems we had were delt with promptly (24 hour maintenance came at 11:30PM once to fix a problem with our AC) and correctly and who would complain about a washer and dryer in the unit!' Our neighbors have been really nice, but there seems to be a high turnover rate.
We live on the first floor, which has been great because rent is cheaper than on the second or third floor! Yes, we can hear water running through the pipes and occasionally can hear people walking above you, but it isn't anything you wouldn't hear at any other apartment complex.
We never hear any noise from either apartment to the left and right of us.
The landscaping is impeccable, but they do have the tendency to mow really early in the morning.
The pool is very clean and has a lifeguard which makes it very safe.
