When I first moved in two and a half years ago, the complex was really nice.
They have let the outside of the buildings go and some are very unsightly.
They also said that a separate pool would be built for Lake Pointe residents...that never happened.
Not nearly as nice of a complex as it used to be.
They need to concentrate on the appearance of the buildings.
There is also a problem with inadequate parking.
It seems that some residents of the neighboring Eastgate Woods complex use Lake Pointes parking lots.
