Great Value for the Money but Maintenance lacks!

I haven't been here long but I LOVE the size of the apartment, the beautiful view, the quiet neighborhood, and the super value for the money.

And the staff is tremendously helpful, polite, and professional, yet personable.

My only complaint is that in my short time here, I've have had to make many service requests OVER THE SAME PROBLEMS that should have been fixed the first time.

There's no excuse for that and it's causing a huge inconvenience for me when I have to keep making the same requests time after time.

Overall, though, I would highly recommend to everyone! As far as the other reviews about thin walls, I'm not sure what they are talking about.

It's no worse than any other apartment complex.

Either that or I live next to quiet neighbors.
