Nice apartments, but having good repair people is not a priority for LakePointe

We have no complaints about the apartments themselves. They are roomy and nice and are relatively modern. It is close to everything. Nice lake view.

We have had to make maintenance calls both during and after business hours. The guys we have seen have come in with an attitude and don't always get the job done right the first time. This means another service call and the whole unpleasant process is started again.

Nice place but pray that you don't ever have to call maintenance.
