Never had an issue with hearing my neighbors, but it appears they were all singles like me so that makes sense. Washer and dryer were great. Had a few bugs, but you live near a lake...what do you expect? Even with that I wouldn't even call bugs a weekly occurrence. Maybe a monthly occurrence, nothing major.
