I am a former resident and when I moved out I cleaned my apartment 100% even better than when I moved in.

About 5 weeks after moving out I got a bill totalling more than 3000! They said I broke my lease, but I had opted to do the buyout option which I pay two months rent and give 60 days notice which I did.

They still charged me the rent for the remaining 6 months of my lease even though someone else was living in my unit a month after I moved out.
They also said they had to replace all the carpet but the carpet had been the original carpet in the unit as the tenenet before me had been the first one and they didn't replace the carpet when she moved out and by that time is was 7 years old.

I scrubed the kitchen but they said I didn't do any cleaning in there or the bathrooms which is untrue.

Also when I moved in the was a hook in the master bedroom door.

I didn'tnotice it til after living in the unti for a few days and so I called the manager and she said she would note it so I didn't have to pay for it on move out.

They still charged me to replace the door.
Be very careful in renting fom this place.
