It is funny so see all of the "5.0 recommend" reviews posted within a two day period as well as "Anonymously". The level the Hamptons staff will step down to sucker folks is very amusing. I recommend anyone considering staying there to randomly ask people currently living there if they like it. Ask any young person who mistakely signed a lease, not those elderly who have no choice. The elderly were very nice, but I would never let my parents stay there if I had a choice. Also, ask about the turn around of their staff, who were treated like dirt. I also recommend you go to other apartments near by to ask if any former residents have moved there. They all will tell you to be alert and do not fall for the "luxury". Nice looking place but BEWARE!!!! ...Horrible Horrible Internet connection,....Horrible CABLE services ....No standard cable services ....More than 50% senior citizens ....Unprofessional staff ...On a minor note for those who occasionally miss paying bills ..No online bill payment - charges $10 per day late fee for rent

I've lived here for 4 years and could never understand the situation with the security guard. When I moved in I was told his hours were 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. What's with leaving at 3 a.m.??
