Don't be impressed by the term "luxury apartments". At the Hamptons, it's all just aesthetics. They paint and add new furniture, but they're just covering up a crumbling facade.
Ask them to show you how the trash is left to pile up in the hallways or the piles of doggie doo littering the lawn. Oh, and not to mention how cars are stolen often out of the "secure" garage. Or how about having to listen to people having sex on the floor above' They go through staff here like so much toilet paper. It's no wonder nothing gets done on a timely basis.
There are better places to spend your money on. Keep looking.
