This place is money.

I've lived here for a few months now, and I have to say that I'm extremely impressed with the place. I've lived in a number of different apartments in my life, and this is by far the best value/service I've ever seen. I also did landlord-tenant law for students at OSU so I know quite a bit about renting and what to expect.
1) The apartments are great. Very spacious. I live in one of the older non-renovated units and it is maintained very well. Before move-in, the kitchen tile was replaced, everything was painted, and the carpet cleaned. It was in move-in condition.
2) The gym/pool/hot tub/sauna is amazing. You don't need to join a gym because the facilities here are excellent, and I'm very fitness oriented. It's brand new, cleaned frequently, has tons of cables/free-weights, power rack, cardio equipment. Really my only two complaints are that they could use a rowing machine and some heavier dumbbells (they only go up to 50lbs). There is an indoor and an outdoor pool indoor hot tub.
3) Maintenance is friendly and quick. I've had 2 issues and both times I reported them to the residence center they've responded within 2 days.
4) The owner lives in one of the apartments. He is closer to a billionaire than not, and having him here I think helps ensure that the place is always going to be nice.
5) This place is an incredible value. Gas heat is included in the rent. That alone is worth a huge amount in the winter, and yet the apartments are priced competitively with places that don't include heat. The location is right across from the mall and right off of 271 if you need to get downtown or anywhere off the freeway.
