i have been here for a few years now, in building 3. i have really never had any big problems. Jim is my maintenance guy for my building and he really seems to know his stuff. i do wish that they could put up instructions on how to use our washers and dryers, i am not the best with using the card operated system and i seem to lose too much money from my card. all things considered though, its worth it here.

Don't feel bad about the machines; they aren't the most intuitive to use. What I do (and it always seems to work) is make my temperature selection, put my clothes in the washer, pour in the detergent, THEN insert the laundry card. Once it says "Pull Card", then I take it out. I do the same with the dryer. Hope this helps...
