I like living at the the Hamptons. I love the pool and the fitness center. It is the perfect location for me. It is close to shopping, restraunts and the freeway. My parents live near so I can check up on them. Unlike the previous review, my apartment is not "crumbling". I have had 1 or 2 maintanence issues, however the staff has taken care of them right away. I would certainatly recommend, and I have, this place to my friends. The only problem I have is the traffic. However, you will have that problem anywhere.

According to you you've only been in the apt less than 6 months and have already had 2 maintenance issues with your unit, and you don't consider that a "crumbling" apt? Your apt should be in **move-in condition** BEFORE you move-in; if you have 2 maintenance calls already, not even 6 months in, I would consider that suspect. I viewed this apt complex, and was astounded at how completed outdated (and their $300/extra per month "upgrade" unit choices for a serious lowgrade barely granite kitchen counter and $2.00 home depot knobs are a real joke) and structurally rundown the units looked in comparison to the onsite "perks." Who wants to pay so much for a crappy apt in order to walk to a salon and restaurant; I'd rather get in my car and drive and live in a nicer place for less money. I'm actually surprised that they are located in Beachwood; their actual units (the space where you will *live* and *sleep*, not the pool or restaurant downstairs that you'll share with dozens of other residents) don't at all compare to the usual class found in the area.
