Extremely poor office managment

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Managment is difficult/impossible to deal with.
Problems are not solved, the general response is:
"There is nothing I can do about it."
They are often rude, like you are a nobody.

The only time they are happy to see you is when you drop off rent.
