Pros: Very quiet and safe complex. Lots of living space in the apartments. Lots of parking space outdoors. Heating and cooling is ducted and works well. Pool and gym for free. Easy to get an apartment because many are always empty. Mail is delivered and picked up in the apartment block.
Cons: The buildings are starting to deteriorate and maintenance is slow. Management is reactive rather than proactive. Communication from management is very poor. All utilities need to be paid for except garbage. Underground parking is extra. On the expensive side.
