Suites are not sound proof! You can hear every foot step from neighbors above and doors slamming from neighbors below. It was sometimes an effort to get them to clean and vacuum the halls regularly. Fixtures (sink/tub/toilets/counter tops) are very cheap. The buidings are not that old and many are falling apart. The brick facing (yes, fake brick!), was falling off the building I lived in and the water main burst several times because of bad construction. One time we went without water overnight until evening the next day. The office staff rotates a lot (because they get fired) and quite often are very incompetent and rude. All of the buildings are fire traps with no sprinkler systems. A recent fire (2004) completely destroyed one of their buildings and most of the residents in that building lost everything. Rent is very overpriced for what you get. You can do better and feel safer somewhere else.
