After my first, and only year, I have much to report. There are good aspects, yet the bad are numerous.
Pros: Little traffic due to location and small size of complex. Kitchen offers view of living room, closets are very large.
Cons: During this past winter my furnace broke THREE TIMES. I had one flood in the middle of the night and the pipes would often freeze (the furnace and water heater are outside the apartment.) I can hear everything the person above me does. The carpet wears very easily and the bathroom vanities are cheap and the mirrors tend to fall off. If you or your friend use a wheelchair, you can ONLY access the pool through the office/clubhouse and kitchen/bathroom use are a very tight squeeze. The office has one employee, the manager, who works four days a week, and even so is rarely in the office. If you have an issue, prepare to wait.
