Since living at Mallard Landing I have experienced nothing but problems. The office staff has been extremely rude to me on several occasions. The lack of response time on maintenance issues is horrible, not to mention they usually have to come back several times in order for it to get fixed correctly.

They have major bug, spider, and ant problems. I personally don't like waking up to see bugs crawling above my head all over the walls.

They have very nice ponds but there is no fencing and they slope right down. This is very dangerous for children. However, I've seen serveral apartment complexes in the area with the same set up as far as there ponds are concerned.

I personally would not recomment this apartment complex. You can find other places that are cheaper and a heck of a lot nicer. They prey on the people moving from out of town.
