I have to disagree with the previous reviews. I moved here two and a half weeks ago and see no problem other than the fact that everybody seems to have at least 2 small yappy dogs. The apartment is gorgeous and clean and I have only seen one spider. The appliances all work, even though the dishwasher is loud. The staff was not rude to me at all; they just seem like average employees. Maintenance had to change a furnace filter and were extremely polite about answering my collateral questions. Nobody seems loud yet, except for the yappy dogs, but they are no big deal. I have been able to park in front of my apartment every day so far. I was told they would not raise the rent, but even so, this complex is super affordable.
