I love it here. For the first few months, we had great neighbors, and our apartment was nice and quiet. We actually chose Mallard because it is more expensive than others, and hoped to weed out a certain class of people in the process. Two weeks ago, however, a young couple moved in to the two bedroom apartment next door to us, WITH THEIR TWO YOUNG CHILDREN! I couldn't believe it. And now we are stuck listening to baby cries in the hallway, our door buzzer is always buzzed by the kids, and the hallway smells. This blows.
