I had a bad year at Mallard landing. I had a bad Leak in my bathroom. And i went to Them to fix it. And they put Paint on it. That didnot Fix it. Went back to Them and said it was still Leaking. But they said there was no Leak. Then i took Pictures of the leak to show them. They still didnot Fix it. And months later the Water started falling on the floor. And they Fix it but by then. I got sick from the mold and dampness that i almost Died. By the whay the Carpit is older then me. Im glad to be getting Out of this Apartment.

Unfortunately, I had a similar problem with a leak. It takes them a long time to fix anything.

It me the one that had the leak. Now they are makeing me Pay for August rent. And ill be moved out by august. Becouse they said i didnot tell them when i was Moving. But i did tell them and they are still makeing me pay August rent. Be on the look out they try to get all your Money you have.
