I have only lived at Stonebridge for 2 weeks and am in the process of moving out of this slum property. I moved into a dirty apartment that had never been cleaned, unbeknownst to me. I faxed a large list of repairs including a door that would not lock, a mailbox I could not get into, and various broken items around the apartment to management immediately after moving in. It has been 2 weeks and counting and after repeated calls, everyda, maintenance has still not come out. No one in this complex curbs their pets, there are piles of dog feces everywhere, the laundry room has a card system to be used that does not work on a daily basis and recently there were picketers on the property who had been previous residents. They had all had their apartments broken into while they lived there and management did nothing. This is a slum property at far too expensive a price for the problems you will most definitely have to deal with.
