While moving in I found just a few minor problems (oven door was broke, one plug was loose from the wall, windows would hardly open and leaked a lot of air) These problems were reported and for the most part fixed, except for the leaking window which had and still has a half inch gap where it meets. During the cold months I had to caulk it shut to keep the heater from running all day.
Everything went well until the warm months came. The ac never came on luckly we had a cool spring. It was reported to staff on May the 30 2005 and here I am dripping sweat on June 27 2005 the third day in a row of 90 degree heat being told once again it will be fixed if not today sometime before the end of the week, for the third time. While talking to staff all they could say was "I'm sorry but if I compensated you I would have to compensate everyone else" I guess that statement says it all.
