I moved into a half basement type 2 bedroom apartment. It was so dark and down there, not bad if you don't like sunlight. I had no porch area to do outdoor grilling so I grilled with a camping grill right outside my window. Being in the basement people can look right into your apartment when your blinds are open and see you're entire room layout.

My water heater broke twice and leaked all over the carpet and into the closets! It was never replaced just "fixed". My oven broke and wasn't fixed for 2 weeks! I was told by maintenance the oven breaking is only and emergency on Thanksgiving! I guess that the only time they eat!!!

The worst part is when I left I received a zero balance receipt singed by the current manager at the time. I new manager replaced her and that manager tried to make me pay some crazy $1250.00 in "property damage". How can 2 managers have a $1250 difference in opinion!'!'! They tried to cheat me and I had to get a lawyer involved.
