Way overpriced for what you get. The Buildings are 30 years old, and there have been almost zero renovations on the inside. They say there is a "waiting list" to get in, but that, with a combined $150 non-refundable "waiting list fee" it is just a high pressure sales tactic they use to get you to sign a lease. My unit had all original appliances, but the one i was shown had 2 new appliances. my dp&l bill was $120 a month the whole time I was there which is extremely high considering it's a one bedroom apartment with no washer-dryer hookup. My water bill was $65 a month. Most houses pay that amount every three months. The property is hardly lit at night, and my stereo was stolen out of my car.

Considering the high utility bills you can deffinitley get more for your money

The only good thing about the property is the staff. They are very, very nice. Can't say enough nice things about them.
