I still live here, for how long? im not sure. i thought this place was a great deal for the location but it is such a headache all the time. First, when i moved in, nothing on my list that needed attention got attention. Our carpet doesnt even touch the wall in some spots. Its definitely a place for bugs to hide. Then, someone that smokes moved in right down the hall and now our whole floor stinks. It didnt smell good in the first place but now it is ridiculous. Also, about 3 week ago, a drunk mexican man tried to break into my apartment while I was sitting in the dining area. that was almost the last straw but not quite the end of our issues. I definitely don't feel so safe here anymore. Now, with all the rain that has accrued lately, our apartment carpet is absolutely soaked and it is leaking water through the foundation. The maintenance crew seems to think that vacuuming the water up will solve our issue and they swearup and down that this has never happened before. Well, i read other reviews on here and it has definitely happened before. Maintenance is horrible. Our door was jacked up in the beginning when we moved in and dragged when you opened it. The maintenance guy came over and put screws in the door everywhich way to "fix" it but it is the shottiest workmanship Ive ever seen. they do not care about what happens to this apartment at all. the door is starting to drag again but there is nothing else we can do about it because we have the flood to take care of. This place has a bunch of liars working for them. We just bought a nicer wooden piece to hold all of our DVDs and the wood on the bottom is saturated because of our flood issue and it is ruined. Im already sick and tired of this place and Ive only been here for like 4 months. It is definitely not what its cracked up to be. Please be advised and do not rent here. You could go somewhere else for a lot cheaper if you wanted all of these issues. It's not worth the headache to live here, believe me.

Very true about the people who work here being liars!! Try jacking up my rent by saying the "new people" who moved in this building was spending $100.00 more then my rent. I guess the management do not think I am "intelligent" enough to check this out for myself! Sure enough, they were paying what I am, management was just trying to milk more money out of the people already living here to make up for all the discounts they had to give to get people to move in here! They kept lying to me, and still are. Plus when they showed me the copy of the lease, they "CHANGED" what was put down for my deposit so they do not have to give it back to me, $250.00 worth!! I cannot wait to leave!
And maintence? HA!! They do not even bother! Like stated above, these places are in VERY bad shape, and no one will do anything about it, and plus the management will not spend a dime for the tons of things which need to be replaced or the "old moldy carpet!"
STAY AWAY from here!!! You can't trust them!
