This place is awful. I moved in 2 years ago and thought it was decent. Maintenance is awful and never fulfills requests. Management doesn't care about residents at all and will do nothing about complaints. It's a complete ripoff when you move out with ridiculous fees on the final account balance.

High deposit and you will get very little back for general maintenance that any apt is supposed to do after each renter moves out. My apt was cleaned before I turned in the keys and well taken care of throughout the lease.

Avoid this place at all costs.

Ohhhhh great I hate to hear the final account ballance! Like they want to tack silly things on! Well my last one here flooded and when we were relocated I was never given the opportunity to inform them of flaws in this one! And it is nasty compared to our first one here, all windows leak and pill bugs everywhere!
