I have lived here since 2006. I have never had one problem with management. Any repair call I make Maintenance has fixed within 24 hours. Yes they are older apts and things need repaired but overall for the price they are fine.

Wow for the price? they now want $729.00 for a 2 bedroom apt. which does not come with a microwave, no security unit, not even a Fire Extinguisher .. the closest one is out of your apartment, down the hall ... so you better hope you can make it past the flames if you have an "inside fire" to get one. Appliances are from the 70's still, stove is old as myself, same as limegreen bathtubs etc, thin carpeting, scratched up flooring, cardboards, walls, and they will not replace anything. Emerency matience, the closest person is over a half hour away, and they have to make a few phone calls to see if it is "ok" to come out, so if you are getting a flooeded apartment or locked out, etc? Plan on being in trouble for awhile! You must have had very cheap maintenance calls to have them done that fast! They have only changed the air filters once in a year compared to other places I have lived in which do it at least 3 times a year if not every other month. All these problems for $700 plus a month? I have paid less and had way outstanding apartments!! Not too mention kids urinating all over outside during the summer daytime. That was nice to see in front of my place!! Or the pot smoking in my stairwell and I had to use other way to get to my car. The office staff does not care, just their money!

I took a tour of this place and just had to laugh at home much they wanted to charge. The 3 apartments they showed me were very outdated. The 70's push button stove, tackey 70's fake dark wood everywhere, the "oh my god" green color of the bathrooms, and the urine smell in one of the hallways was very laughable. The girl who showed me around was very nice, but she acted like she was showing me a penthouse suite. It was crazy! The one apartment I was shown had these horrible "burn" marks on the doors of the bathrooms, about a 6" circular mark. I asked the lady about it and she stated; "oh I don't know what that is, they usually cover that up with this tape we have" Tape! I had to laugh. Anyway, for the price, actually for any price really, I wouldn't live here. I know I just had a tour but that was enough for me.
