I have lived all over Dayton and have to admit this is the worst place I have EVER lived. You would think in Beavercreek it would be better but its not. The grounds are filled with dog crap from the sorry inconsiderate tennants that are too lazy and think they are too good to clean it up. If you have kids stay away cause they cant play outside without stepping in dog crap. Maintenance is a joke. Take your money and go elsewhere. These people are just after your money. In fact ask them how the water works (as far as Paying). You pay for other peoples water and it is not divided like it should. I'm a single person and ask me how I have a $150 water bill. Yeah thats what I said. If you have read this believe me DONT MOVE HERE I got suckered in and regret the decision. When my lease is up I'm outta here and Stonebridge can kiss my ---!!!!!!!

I'm really surprised that people are actually taking the time to write the things I'm reading. I got on this website for some direction in my apartment hunting, not to read immature blogs ... I mean come on ... what "normal," person tells her apartment complex to "kiss her ---?" SO IMMATURE. I wouldn't take most of the advise I've read for a second. Also, to complain about water??? YOU use it ... why shouldn't YOU pay for it??

I live in the complex as well, and you don't just pay for the water YOU use. You pay for that plus some. For example: I was out of town for 3 weeks, with no one at my home. My water bill was still the same as if I was home the entire time. I called the company and they said that the water is divided by square footage of the apartment and divided between the amount of water consumed in the BUILDING

I lived there and also had the same problem with the water bill. The "Heartland Regional Power Company" is a joke. They made me pay for additional items like community lights in the parking lots, and pest control in the winter time...which the complex should be paying for themselves. Probably the worst complex I have ever lived in. I am in the military and have lived in many places.
