This is a great place to live. If you are a college student I wouldn't recommend it because most of the people that live there are older or have families so that don't take kindly to having parties running into the wee hours of the night. Maintenance is great. They are always there ASAP to fix anything you need. Be careful when you do your inspection before you move in. I didn't pay much attention and then I ended up with a $1600 damage bill when I moved out. Unfortunately I was studying abroad at the time so I was unable to dispute it and ending up paying it. It's a very safe area. My roommates and I didn't even lock our doors at night. Everybody has nice cars so you don't have to worry about anybody putting a ding in the side of your car. Overall it's a great place to live.
