Spacious floorplans and well worth the money, especially if your an avid golfer. Close to Beavercreek Shooping Center & The Mall @ Fairfield Commons, Easy quick access to I-675. Wouldn't recommend living close to golf course, unless your sure you are not in driving range from tee boxes ( I had two windows in townhouse busted by golf balls, they replaced them with no problems. I had my company vehicle rear window busted twice & insurance covered it with no questions ). Garages available. Excellent & professional staff. I hated to leave, but my job sent me to another state and forced me to leave this wonderful community.
