I was shocked to read some of these reviews! My husband and I have lived at Wexford for two and a half years in two different apartments and have never had any problems. We first lived in a 1 bedroom, 1 bath and now live in a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse. We've had nothing but positive experiences here.

The reports about the staff were the most shocking. The girls in the office are anything but rude! They're always willing to help in any way they can to make your life at Wexford perfect. I've never lived in an aparment complex where all the office staff calls you by name. And its been like that from day one! The maintenance deparment is amazing as well. Last year our water heater broke. I requested maintenance, and they replaced it that afternoon. They're even prompt when its a small problem. Just this week our garbage disposal was jammed. I called about 11:00am and they had it fixed by 3:00pm.

We've also never had any security issues. There is ample parking and it is well-lit. We've always felt safe living here. We've also never had problems with large spiders. I've maybe had to deal with a few tiny ones and it doesn't happen often.

Also, the highway being close is not bad. Its never been a disraction for us and we lived in the apartment closest to the highway. For those of you complaining: it was there when you signed the lease...boo hoo for you!

Noise has never been a problem for us either. Occasionally we can hear the neighbors music very faintly, but this is VERY rare and within normal waking hours. Our neighbors on the other side have 2 large dogs and we have never heard them bark or heard any other noise come from their apartment.

Altogether Wexford is a great place to call home. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is very professional. Also, they host great activities like euchre night, cornhhole tournaments, and a great pool party in the summer: free bbq, beer, wine, and a band out by the pool! They've got a great clubhouse with extended hours: pool, media room with a free dvd library, and a 24 hour fitness facility. They even provide a place to wash your car!

I would like to mention that I do not work for Wexford, nor do any of my family members. I'm just a resident that has found a wonderful place to live, and wanted to set the record straight!!
