I have never met a ruder staff in my life.They come across initially as sincere caring folks but you find out the real deal after signing the lease. I have never seen such acting by staff that were actually totally different than they appeared when handing you a pen to sign the lease. My requests have been reasonable and i am always patient but sometimes that dosnt help.Oh yea...the wolf spiders in the apartment were HUGE! They would most commonly be found close to water sources in the apt.(showers and sinks)and wow...do they get big! And the noise from other units was enough to cost me sleep night after night.I found myself covering my head with a pillow after getting no help from the manager in order to try and block it out. The lady who has the review posted warning about their staff posting their own reviews must be correct because i dont see how anyone else who actually lived their could have had a good experience. Living here is costly in more ways than one. Do yourself a favor and look elswhere...the nice things here are totally shadowed by the bad. Thanks and good luck.
