I moved into one of the townhomes in October of 2006. This is the third apartment that I have lived in and it is by far the best. The staff are extremely friendly, even after we signed the lease. We are courteous and polite to them so they are extremely courteous and polite to us. We have had to call maintenance out 3 times for minor things (new lightbulb in kitchen, blown circuit breaker and leaky faucet) and each time they were there within 2 hours and fixed the problem. At my last apartment you couldn't park anywhere near your front door but here my husband and I have parked in the exact same spot since we moved in (10 months now) and it is maybe 20 feet from our front door. They are picky about some things, such as no trash on your patios and they don't want anything in between the blinds and your windows. That is just so that they can keep the whole complex looking as good as it does. I haven't once heard my neighbors either and I have neighbors on 2 of the 3 sides. I Love this place and I wouldn't consider living anywhere else. Also, as a plus they offer military discounts!!
