I've been here now for 4 months. It has been entirely a positive experience. I live in one of the townhomes, and for the price I pay, I think I'm getting a great deal. The staff is very helpful--they even offer to change your lightbulbs for you! And they do it! The grounds are very nice, not noisy at all. You occasionally hear your neighbors; but despite being near a university and an air force base, there are no loud parties; people are polite and keep to themselves.
Maintenence works very hard, and does a great job; full disclosure, I know the head of maintenance. However, the whole staff has been wonderful.
The fact that you get a Washer/Dryer in the unit is also a huge plus.
The only caveat, and this is not Wexford's fault...but the water/sewer cost in Beavercreek is very high. Combined, I pay $50/month, living alone.
If you are looking for a nice place to live near WSU or WPAFB, I would highly recommend Wexford.
And, no, I am not an employee, and I'm not getting anything for this review.

This was not our experience at Wexford on the Green. We had constant and continuing problems with bugs in our apartment and no amount of complaining to the staff resulted in any successful resolution of the problems. Talk to other tenents before deciding to rent there. The Enclave is a much better option with responsive staff.
