I've been here for almost a year and it was a horrible experience. bugs are a big problem here at wexford on the green. small silver eight leg bugs frequently are found crawling on the walls and in the bedrooms. they are extreamly hard to kill. Payment options here are very impossible. a fee for about anyway u want to pay. Utility company really sucks and tacks on extra fees for almost any type of payment. Utilities arnot included and can really add up on these so called energy efficent apt. the electric and gas bill is high because of the cheapley installed windows leaky doors and really poor insilation. not to mention the leaky roof that has not been fixed for mor than 8months. The mng hear must be retarted and dosent know how to run her buisness. anyone in mngmnt threatening ther guests for letting ther dog go out to poop with a 100 fee is the -----. they are obsesed with finding things to fine u for. i would definently go somewhere else to stay unless u r a millionere and dont have anything else to waste your money on. DONT COME HERE

wtb spell check for this poor soul, anyways i live at wexford currently and from personal expirence the staff "picks on" people that try and screw up the place for everyone else, and the utility company only charges you if you deserve it. As far as the windows and door goes yes the windows suck ass, door i would say they get a 8/10. It sounds like you need maintenance to come and put at thing called weather stripping on they did that to my door and that almost completely solved the problem, as far as the windows go they are just cheap LOL the maintenance guy even said so rofl but you can make them work all you have to do is shut them, which oddly enough is pretty hard. The roof problem is wayyyy ridiculous. And i would definitly agree that the property manager is the -----... stupid -----, to get anything done u have to talk to amella or the other girl in the office when i see her jeep there i just drive right on bye. All in all tho glad to hear what sounds like you are leaveing from what i got from your message it sounds like u need to stop screwing everyone around you and simply clean up after your pets.
