I've lived at the Wexford on the Green for several years, I've enjoyed living in a good clean community. I have a toy poodle who is the joy of my life and it's my choice to have him, so with that comes a responsibility to clean up after him which I gladly do. To have a clean community that everyone can enjoy, I wouldn't want everyone stepping in it, or even drawing flies and maggots, that I'm sure no one else would appreciate either. Now I choose to have him, so comes responsibility. Need I say more' The maintenance here is great, everyone works together and the staff goes out of there way to make this the community it is, and that's why I'll continue to live here. As far as utilities go, check around they're comparable do your homework. As far as charges go, get your figures straight you're way off! There's rules everywhere you go it's a shame some people don't think it applies to them. There's always a few people trying to tear something or someone down, that's why I had to respond to the previous post. There's a great group of people in our community, and I hope the few that are not happy here will not sway someone else's chance to live in a beautiful place. WOULDN'T LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE!
