Great Community!! I have made Mallard my home for almost 4 years. Shocked about a couple negative reviews about the maintance team. I think they are the best i have ever had and i have rented at several different communities over the years. I thought the office staff was great, very friendly

Good Experience I have lived at Stonebridge for almost a year and have never had a bad experience with my apartment or the staff here. My building has relatively quiet tenants. Any time I have had a maintenance issue it has never taken more than an hour for someone to respond. Overall good
