Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
It's not so much the apartment complex, it's the entire area that is going down hill. I now live in the hood. After 6 PM, once the management team leaves for the day, the entire area becomes a playground for unrulely kids. it's an absolute nightmare.
